At Saint Katharine Drexel Catholic Parish in Weston, this ministry accompanies children and young people from First Communion through Confirmation, helping them grow in friendship with Jesus Christ and understand that the Sacraments are a beautiful doorway to encounter God personally. Rooted in Sacred Scripture, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, and teachings approved by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, the program offers age-appropriate formation in Catholic doctrine, prayer, traditions, and Gospel values.
